Services Description
Tradies Success Academy provides online training, group sessions, 1:1 sessions, courses, and resources designed for trade business owners. Our services include:
- Inner Circle private peer board (invitation only)
- Freedom Fighter 1:1 program
- Tradie Teams group program
- AI Club program (includes Business Foundations + Learning Hub)
- Business Foundations weekly group program
- Incubator 10-week intensive
- Learning Hub content library
- New Business Starter self-paced course
- Masterclass individual courses
Services are provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding the results, outcomes, or effectiveness of our training or group programs.
Nature of Services
All services provided by The Success Academy Group Pty Ltd, trading as Tradies Success Academy, including but not limited to Inner Circle, Freedom Fighter, Tradie Teams, AI Club, Business Foundations, Incubator, Learning Hub, New Business Starter, masterclasses, group sessions, 1:1 sessions, recordings, written materials, AI-generated content, dashboards, prompt packs, and any other delivery format, are training and education only.
They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, financial, accounting, tax, legal, business, hiring, HR, marketing, paid-media, IT, cybersecurity, medical, mental-health, or other professional advice of any kind. We are not a financial services licensee, registered tax agent, legal practitioner, registered health practitioner, or regulated advisor of any description.
Members and users retain full responsibility for any business, financial, personal, operational, or health decision made on the basis of program material. Before implementing any change to pricing, financial structure, hiring or restructuring, supplier or agency relationships, regulated activity, health protocol, or any other matter where professional advice may be required, members should obtain that advice from their own qualified, independently engaged advisors.
Where program material references "the approach Greg uses" or similar phrasing, that describes how Greg Allan operates one of his own businesses. Such examples are illustrative only and are not a recommendation that any particular approach will produce the same outcome in any other business.
Membership and Billing
Payment Terms: Payments are due according to the billing schedule outlined at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to keep it current.
Recurring Payments: For recurring membership or subscription services, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the dates specified. You may cancel at any time, but you remain responsible for charges incurred up to the cancellation date.

Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to services.
Intellectual Property
