CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

 

The Success Academy Group (ACN 602 377 695), trading as ‘Tradies Success Academy’ (TSA), is entitled to charge fees for services provided to trade business owners (‘TSA Member/s’) undertaking a program. These charges are generally for items such as communication platform fees, course materials, and coaching and support services.

 

This policy applies to all TSA Members commencing in a program from 4 July 2023. TSA may change this policy from time to time by updating this page.

 

Refunds

There are no refunds available for course fees paid, except in the following circumstances:

  1. TSA cancels a program with no suitable alternative provided.

  2. An error is made at the time of, or during, enrolment e.g. if the TSA Member continues to be enrolled in a program and charged fees post a cancellation request being accepted.

Cancellation by Program

Freedom Fighters

The Freedom Fighters program is a 12 month commitment. At the completion of the first 12 months, membership will be automatically renewed to a monthly payment and will continue until canceled.

A TSA Member can request to cancel their Freedom Fighters membership at the following points of the program:

  1. Completion of the first three months.

  2. Anytime after the first 12 months.

Mastermind (legacy) and Ignition

The Mastermind legacy program and Ignition program are both entry-level monthly payment programs that will continue until canceled.

A TSA Member can cancel their Mastermind and Ignition memberships anytime.

Giving Notice of Membership Cancellation

A TSA Member who wishes to cancel their membership must complete and submit a Current Member Enquiry Form at least 14 days prior to their next payment. 

Following receipt of this form, TSA Members will be contacted by a Success Coach to obtain further details relating to the request. As part of this discussion, the Success Coach will advise the TSA Member of their current commitment and explore other options such as pausing their membership.

For all cancellations accepted by TSA, ongoing payments and access to TSA platforms will be stopped at the end of the relevant payment cycle.

Company Rights

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the TSA Member-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the TSA Member, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the TSA Member, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the TSA Member. 

TSA will notify the TSA Member with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the TSA Member about modification or termination. In such situations, a refund will not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
