How do you build a treatment protocol for a specific pest?
You document your best treatment for that pest type: what chemical, what concentration, how it's applied, where it's applied, safety precautions. You photograph each step. Your protocol is now teachable.
How do you make sure crew follows the protocol every time?
You create a treatment checklist. Crew prints it out, ticks off steps as they go, photographs evidence of each step, emails photos to you after the job. Accountability is built in.
How do you manage follow-up treatment scheduling?
After each treatment, you schedule the next follow-up. You enter it in a calendar. You set a reminder to SMS the customer one week before. You track which customers have confirmed their follow-up. Zero fall through.
How do you explain ongoing pest management to customers upfront?
