TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  • Referrals will only be accepted if submitted by the TSA referral form and for people eligible to join Tradies Success Academy i.e. trade business owners.

  • Prior to submitting any referral form, you must seek and obtain the express approval and consent of the party being referred to you disclosing and sharing their personal, business and/or other contact details with TSA for the purposes of TSA contacting them to discuss TSA’s programs, memberships and other service offerings. You must also notify TSA immediately if the party being referred withdraws such approval or consent. Eligibility to participate in this Referral Program and/or to receive any commission shall be void or voided if such express approval and consent has not been obtained and any commission amount already paid shall be refunded on demand.

  • Referral amounts are in AUD and exclusive of GST.

  • Participants must provide a valid tax invoice to Tradies Success Academy for the referral commission amount within 14 days of receiving their referral confirmation email from TSA. Subject to receiving this tax invoice, TSA will pay the commission to a referring party within 30 days of the referral’s first payment as a TSA Freedom Fighters program member.

  • No commission will be payable (and no entitlements to any commission or entry to any draw shall arise) if a referred party (or a related person or entity of the referred party) is already, or has previously been, a member of, or is or has previously signed up to a program or any payment plan with TSA.

  • No commission will be payable (and no entitlements to any commission or entry to any draw shall arise) if a referred party (or a related person or entity of the referred party) has already been in contact with, or contacted by, TSA or has already been referred to TSA by another member (as part of this Referral Program or otherwise). 

  • Only one commission will be paid per successful referral under this Referral Program.

  • TSA reserves the right to declare a referral ineligible if it believes the Referral Program is being abused.
